Fontfabric Font Friday

Muller Narrow type sample is a fantastic resource for loads of imaginative, classic-ish (and free!) fonts. I say classic-ISH because the kerning of many of the stalwarts of type design—the Garamonds, Akzidenz Grotesks, and Avenirs—is correct and appropriate only in paid versions. Paid providers also have the most trendy, cutting-edge fonts.

Here are several recent Fontfabric examples, but there are 125 total (with category links at the bottom, plus links to other font providers). Enjoy!

Ukraine pastry chef Dinara Kasko breaks the mold with her artistic approach to baking cakes. Using 3D printing technology she not only creates never before seen cake forms, but she then delights you with pastry surprises when you cut open one of her recipes. You can purchase her molds (including recipes) online on her site. The molds are made of food-grade silicone and they sell with collapsible plastic frames to preserve accuracy of the geometry shape. We are big fans! Thanks for the inspiration!
