I make these wall calendars every year with one big image in the background or twelve themed images in alternating squares.
I note the birthdays of friends and relatives (and cats) with their name on the date plus a bright gold star behind it. (To protect privacy I’ve changed them all to “Name” here, but you get the idea.)
This dramatic calendar features designs from Spoonflower Fabrics. Spoonflower is a print-on-demand fabric supplier—you select or upload a design, choose what fabric to print it on and then wait way too long (weeks and weeks) for them to print it and send it to you. Seriously, it takes forever. The available fabrics range from the lightest silk-scarf chiffon to basic cotton to t-shirt weight knits to lycra to heavy canvas. You can also have designs printed on wallpaper or gift wrap. Recommend, would buy again, as long as I’m not in a hurry.
